When approached by YouTube to host a private event for their team in Manhattan we jumped at the opportunity to highlight the powerful womxn makers working to establish a place for themselves and their products in the Nyc market.

We were excited to partner with Kia Damon, head chef at Lalito, for her bold flavors and and even bolder ideas about supporting women in the restaurant industry. The menu featured Latin-inspired favorites including Queso Frito, Chickpea Guacamole as well as new menu items: Whole Steamed Fish, Achiote Grilled Chicken and Salt Baked Kabocha Squash. Dessert was a play on a traditional meringue with guava and caramel.

Brave Floral designed a green tablescape that matched the bold interior design of Lalito with a mix of both delicate and fierce elements reminding us of the true feminine spirit.

Guests left with a woman-powered swag bag to highlight the women in business across the 5 buroughs and Jersey City.
