About the Meal
BITTERSWEET, our Valentine’s Day edition of Makers Meals, will explore the highs and lows of romance through a thoughtfully curated menu, each dish balancing contrast and harmony.
Set at a beautifully styled communal table by Mariah Breitenberg of Gather Floral incorporating handmade ceramics by Ariannah Chaochang of Chao Studio, the evening will include a wine pairing curated by Anne Cameron of In Good Co. Wines to complement the journey of flavors and introduce guests to their new favorite winemakers crafting delicious wines using sustainable practices.
